Q. The coax light on the controller is green, but I do not see any scan lights. Is my system locked on?
A. If all four scan lights are not cycling on and off (indicates the system is searching) or the appropriate lights for your service are not solid (indicates the system is locked on), then your satellite system has not begun the search yet. Hold the “SCAN” button on the controller for 3 seconds to initiate a search.
Q. The controller shows that I am locked on, but I am not getting any channels.
A. Be sure the system is set up correctly for your service (see Owner’s Manual). If you are using DISH® or Bell TV™, make sure a check switch test has been run on your receiver (see Owner’s Manual).
