1. Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Restocking Fee:
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
3. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes, but is not limited to, perishable items, personalized or customized products, and items on sale or clearance. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
5. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.
6. Processing Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact our customer service team.
